My proposed treatment plan was Lefort I osteotomy, bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSO) with occlusal plane correction. More specifically, he did a one piece Lefort I with upper impaction and advancement and lower advancement and rotation(all with rigid fixation). I was banded and did not have a splint.
