Just a quick post this time with today's pics ... my smile looks a little crooked in the photos today so I must have some uneven swelling ...

Welcome to my blog! This blog will walk you through my orthognathic journey including braces and bimaxillary jaw surgery on September 9, 2008. My proposed treatment plan was Lefort I osteotomy, bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSO) with occlusal plane correction. More specifically, he did a one piece Lefort I with upper impaction and advancement and lower advancement and rotation(all with rigid fixation). I was banded and did not have a splint.
