Welcome to my blog! This blog will walk you through my orthognathic journey including braces and bimaxillary jaw surgery on September 9, 2008. My proposed treatment plan was Lefort I osteotomy, bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSO) with occlusal plane correction. More specifically, he did a one piece Lefort I with upper impaction and advancement and lower advancement and rotation(all with rigid fixation). I was banded and did not have a splint.

I'm sure your drug induced posts will be pretty entertaining. My mom keeps reminding me of things I told her while on morphine. For the glutamine, take a heaping tablespoon a day. It doesn't taste like anything so you can put it in juice, yogurt, soup, oatmeal, or water.
wow, you're almost there! good luck with the surgery :)
Yepn drug makes for some creative writing. I kept the little pad I had in hospital; some of the stuff I wrote are out of this world. Looking forward to reading your updates! ;-)
